Oven-Baked Fried Okra

Recipe from Jeanette Hood

Ingredients:

pancake flour
sliced okra
3 TBSP oil
salt
pepper

Directions:

Coat okra in flour.
Heat oil and add okra.
Coat okra with oil and brown
Cover and lower temperature.
Bake at 375° F for 30 minutes.
Turn often.
